With one foot planted firmly in Cajun Country and the other in Zydeco City, Geno Delafose straddles the musical divide for what translates into a rollickin’ good time. The “Creole Cowboy” brings his French Rockin’ Boogie to the Center for Cultural Exchange tonight for a Mardi Gras dance party that could result in an epidemic of people hobbling around town on blistered feet come the next day. There’s no limit to Delagose’s energy on stage, as he burns through traditional zydeco tunes to reworked country songs.
