Singer Eva Ayllon is a household name in Peru, as you might guess from the title of her new and first American-produced CD, ``Eva! Leyanda Peruana'' (Eva! Peruvian Legend). Ayllon (pronounced I-YONE) is a passionate purveyor of Afro-Peruvian culture. Along with her singing, her shows include virtuoso musicians and folkloric dancers.
