Kitka "Wintersongs": These eight women are approaching their 25th Anniversary season with this beautiful holiday offering. Founded in 1979, Kitka is a professional women's vocal ensemble dedicated to developing new audiences for music rooted in Eastern European women's vocal traditions. The songs for the most part are unknown to the Western World, but they definitely have a holiday feel that make this collection one that will mix nicely between Nat King Cole and "The Nutcracker." 4 wreaths.
