Whether or not you enjoyed Wes Anderson's The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, you probably walked out of the theater with the happy sound of Portugese-language David Bowie covers in your head. A filmmaker already known for excellent soundtracks managed to top himself with the addition of Brazilian actor and musician, Seu Jorge.

Best known in the States for Anderson's movie and for his portrayal of Knockout Ned in City of God, Jorge has been performing as a singer in Brazil for about a decade. He's touring the U.S. this fall in support of Cm, a stripped-down collection of songs previously sung by the likes of Serge Gainsbourg and Elvis.

On Saturday, September 17, the Wexner Center's Mershon Auditorium hosts Jorge's only North American date with countryman Celso Fonseca, a guitarist/singer with a wonderfully soothing style, as heard on his latest CO, Rive Gauche Rio
