Sounds of great music played by great artists will once again pour out into the hallowed and acoustically warm auditorium of Finney Chapel on the Oberlin College campus when the 2005-2006 Artist Recital Series concerts begin this month.

The King's Singers, world-famous since its Cambridge, England, founding in 1968 and known as vocalists with a ''pitch so true it gleams,'' are set to sing Feb. 10.

For subscription tickets for the eight-concert series call Central Ticket Service at (440) 775-8169 or visit the CTS office at Hall Auditorium, 67 N. Main Street in Oberlin. The full ticket package for all 10 events (8 concerts plus two bonus events) is $46 for students, $125 for Oberlin College community and area educators and those over 55 and $139 for the general public. Also offered are half-ticket packages of six concerts of $32 for students, $85 for Oberlin College community and seniors and $93 for general public. Those who buy one ticket package before Oct. 1 may buy a second set of tickets for half price.  09/18/05 >> go there
