The world comes to the Public Theatre’s three stages on Jan. 21-22. The lineup, which is the same each night, includes the Mauritanian singer Daby Touré, the flamenco guitarist Juan Carmona, the French chanteuse and part-time New Yorker Keren Ann, the Cape Verdean vocalist Lura, the poetic French trio Las Ondas Marteles, and the Senegalese hip-hop act Daara J.
