Members of the klezmer/rock band Golem--Annette Ezekiel on accordian, Tim Monaghan on drums and vocalist Aaron Diskin--had the crowd dancing in the aisles at the "Jewltide" concert held Saturday evening at the Sixth I Historic Synagogue in the District. The evening, sponsored by Sixth & I, JDub Records and Heeb magazine, also featured the hip-hop klezmer SoCalled Josh Dolgin, who works with samplers, drumloops and other electronica to synthesize a collage of old and new Jewish beats and sounds.
