Cape Verde has seen quite a movement of high profile artists emerge from their scene. Tcheka is one lad who may just be the latest to emerge from the typically female-dominated music scene. His music is soul searching and lavish featuring a nod towards traditional Portuguese music that this Portuguese colony has been influenced heavily by.
