Cesaria Evora is known as the "Barefoot Diva" because she likes to perform ¦without shoes. The Cape Verdean singer is also called the "Queen of Morna," whieh is her island's soulfol version ofthe blues. Last year, the much-nicknamed 60-something vocalist released "Rogamar," a lovely mix of soothing and upbeat selections that seems to suit whatever mood we re in. Evora is perfoming at the Berklee Performance Center tonight, and before she takes the stage, witli or \\dthout shoes, fellow Cape Verdean vocalist Tcheka gets things started at 8. Tickets: $30-$50.
