Ukeleles, balalaikas, violins, harmonicas and accordions are among the unplugged weapons the 13 members of Berlin's 17 Hippies use to deliver their unhinged blend of eastern European melodies, folk ballads, stirring pop hooks and klezmer that sounds like it's been crossed with punk.
