PUERTO PLATA "Mujer de Cabaret" (IASO Records)
This 84-year-old Dominican Republic guitarist is an unheard master. His acoustic style is unique to his homeland and has had little audience elsewhere. From bolero to meringue, ranchera to bachata, his take on a variety of styles is marvelous and exuberant.
