Le Trio Joubran. There's plenty of heated improvisation in the music of Le Trio Joubran, three Palestinian brothers - Samir, Wissam and Adnan Joubran - all of whom play oud with a virtuoso's touch. Their work, firmly rooted in the Arab tradition, has been generating critical buzz. They perform Thursday night at 8:30 at the Kola Note, 5240 Park Ave. Tickets cost $28.50.
