LOS GAITEROS DE SAN JACINTO (Saturday) The gaita is the reed flute used in the music of the Atlantic coast of Colombia, where African drumming met indigenous and Spanish melodies. Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto was formed early in the 20th century, and some of its current members are nearing 80, but their fierce, forthright music is anything but fragile.
