Looking at the cover of his newest CD, Jah Is Real, it occurs to us that not too many 60-somethings can appear on their album cover without their shirt on and cause quite a stir. This icon of Reggae, the great Burning Spear, is a righteous, silver-dreadlocked, stud muffin! That aside, he continues to present cutting edge roots music that is variously spiritual, revolutionary, educational and just drips with love and respect for his craft and his fans the world over. On his first visit in over four years we just can’t wait to share some precious moments with Burning Spear
