Opera singer Max Raabe is also a big band leader responsible for recreating the sound of German dance and film music of the 1920s and 30s.

Mr. Raabe's colorful career has him performing at the wedding of Marilyn Manson and performing as "Mack the Knife" opposite Nina Hagen in the Brecht/Weill play Threepenny Opera
