At this celebration of Jewish music and art, free outdoor concerts leave little to kvetch about. The New York trio Balkan Beat Box—whose members are alums of Gogol Bordello and Firewater—piles a dizzying range of genres onto their folk roots, with dance-worthy results. Fellow head-liners include the Other Europeans, a 14‑strong supergroup that promotes intercultural co-operation through its music.
