Krista Detor performs Dec. 9

Pianist, singer and songwriter Krista Detor performs at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 9 at Bunnell Street Arts Center.

From Bloomington, Ind., Detor's 2006 album "Mudshow" earned critical acclaim, reaching the number one spot on the Euro-American Chart. Her follow-up album "Cover Their Eyes" hit number three on the same list. Of her 2010 "Chocolate Paper Suites," All Music Guide said, "It's rare to say that a CD is so good it deserves to make the artist famous, but that's the case with this."

Tickets are $18 general admission, $15 Bunnell members and $10 youth ages 12-18.
