Two New A Hawk and a Hacksaw Tracks ‡ STREAM

When it comes to my old videos–specifically my top-15 albums of 2009–one of the outfits I get the most comments on is a Hawk and a Hacksaw. They’re a New Mexico band, but their music is from a completely different region. For four albums AHAAH has served as a devoted exercise in exploring the sounds of Eastern Europe.
CERVANTINE is the band’s upcoming fifth album, and it’s due for a March 8th release via L.M. Dupli-cation: A label that seems to have been started by the band themselves. According to AHAAH’s press release for this new album, they have plans to release a lot more than their own music through L.M., so look forward to that.
