Stern Grove’s 74th season of free Sunday afternoon concerts, announced Monday, features an invigorating lineup of dance, classical, pop and international music. Here’s the lineup:

June 19 – Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Ben l’Oncle Soul
June 26 – Jazz Mafia Symphony’s world premiere of “The Emperor Norton Symphony” featuring Chali 2na
July 3 – Neko Case, The Dodos
July 10 – Afrocubism, Pellejo Seco
July 17 – The English Beat, My First Earthquake
July 24 – San Francisco Symphony
July 31 – San Francisco Ballet
Aug. 7 – Aaron Neville, Quinn Deveaux and the Blue Beat Review
Aug. 14 – Javier Limon’s “Mujeres de Agua” with Buika, La Shica, Sandra Carrasco
Aug. 21 – San Francisco Opera

Additional Stern Grove activities include arts and crafts for children of all ages. Before each show from noon until 1 p.m., guests are invited to participate in hands-on projects at KidStage in the West Meadow.

Pre-concert talks with information about the shows also are offered for most of the performances. They begin at noon at Stern Grove’s Trocadero Clubhouse.

Concertgoers are encouraged to use public transportation due to traffic, crowds and limited neighborhood parking.
