It's been called one of the 7 wonders of the music world, and it happens right here in Alberta.
The Calgary Folk Music Festival is just around the corner -- it's happening next week, July 21st to 24th at Prince's Island Park in downtown Calgary.
This week on the Key of A, folk festival Artistic Director Kerry Clarke will be in studio to talk about the many talented Alberta artists she's invited to play at the festival this year -- from up-and-comers such as Raleigh and Lauren Mann and the Fairly Odd Folk, to international indie buzz-band BRAIDS, to local favorites like Matt Masters and Kris Demeanor, to Alberta's own vocal superstar kd lang.
