Upcoming at music hall


PORTLAND — Upcoming at Port City Music Hall, 504 Congress St.:

Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Thursday, March 3, 8 p.m. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door, and are available online at www.portcitymusichall.com.

Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk features an unusual line-up that includes two bassists, and is made of band members from groups headed by Dave Matthews, Trey Anastasio, Jewel and the Neville Brothers.

The Saw Doctors with AM Taxi, Tuesday, March 15, 7 p.m. Tickets are $22 in advance and $25 at the door. The Saw Doctors are a folk-rock band from Tuam, County Galway in Ireland. Their second single, “I Useta Lover” became the biggest selling single in Irish history, spending nine weeks at the top of that country’s charts.

Assembly of Dust, Friday, March 25, 8 p.m. Tickets are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.
