Looking for some new tunes? Here are four recent releases that you'll want to add to your playlist.

Azam Ali From Night to the Edge of Day

New moms and dads can expand their lullaby collection with this lush release from the Iranian-born, Indian-raised singer. Ali, an accomplished vocalist who has previously collaborated with bands like System of a Down and Nine Inch Nails, gathered the featured Middle Eastern lullabies after the birth of her son, including the Turkish classic "Dandini" and "Lai Lai," a song from Iraqi Kurds.

Lucky Diaz and the Family Jam Band Oh, Lucky Day!

On their debut stunner, this West Coast trio melds '50s rock-and-roll influences with modern indie sounds (think Vampire Weekend or the Shins) to churn out sunny tunes for families. We're big fans of "Here Comes the Sun (Wake Up My Love)" and "Like Never Before."

Billy Kelly The Family Garden

The goofy rocker's third album is full of the witty band banter you'd hear at a live show, plus a duet with Lunch Money's Molly Ledford ("We Could Be Pen Pals"), a cover of the B-52s's "Rock Lobster" and a totally false—albeit hilarious—history of the drinking straw ("The Invention of the Straw").

Joanie Leeds & the Nightlights What a Zoo!

Local chanteuse Joanie Leeds's latest will be a hit with young zoologists in the making—every song on the CD features a different animal friend. Listen up for a take on the traditional "Froggie Went a Courtin'" with an appearance from rapper Secret Agent 23 Skidoo, a cover of the Phish song "Possum" and the sweet original "My Butterfly."
