- Comedyworks. Debra DiGiovanni has twice been voted Canada's Best Female Comedian at the Canadian Comedy Awards, but there are many who insist she is the best in the country regardless of gender. A finalist on on NBC's Last Comic Standing - making it to the top eight - and a regular on CBC's The Debaters (on radio and TV), she won a Gemini Award in 2009 for best-televised individual comedy performance. - Ernie Butler's Comedy Nest. Kate Davis is a multi-tasker: comedian, writer, speaker, actress and mother of three. The latter has helped her find humour in almost any situation. - Le Comedy Bistro. Tim Rabnett only sounds and looks like his frequent partner in crime and comedy, Mike Paterson. Fact is: he is totally certifiable and hilarious on his own terms - even when not lip-synching.
