Aboriginal Music Week Begins November 1!

A new generation of Native Americans is taking the stage. First Nation, Inuit, and Metiz artists are becoming huge contenders in the global music revolution.

From November 1-5, about a dozen of these artists will perform at Aboriginal Music Week in Winnipeg, dropping everything from dubstep to hip hop to country twang. The lineup includes MTV Iggy’s personal favorites A Tribe Called Red (pictured above in poignantly ironic T-shirts) and World Hood. 10/24/11 >> go there
