Congolese band Staff Benda Bilili with special guest Ezra Kwizera will take the stage at the 560 Night Club (560 Seymour Street) on Sunday (October 28) at 8:30 p.m.

Staff Benda Bilili is made up of eight talented street musicians who are paraplegic and live in and around the zoo in Kinashasa, Congo. The band, which includes four singer/guitarists backed by an all-acoustic rhythm section, plays infectious rumba-rooted grooves.

Meanwhile, Kwizera, who grew up as a Rwandan refugee in Uganda and is now based out of Vancouver, is one of East Africa’s most notable musicians.
