Fanfare Ciocarlia (above) will be playing Stern Grove festival (San Francisco) on July 21: should be fun for fans of gypsy brass, though I refuse to go back there. I would rather pay cash money and hear a band properly than deal with the nonsense (parking, fog, bad sightlines, rude and/or clueless people) that Stern Grove entails. Have fun without me!
