Fusing cumbia, rock and modern electronics, this Colombian combo's 2009 debut, "Blow Up," exuded the brashness of youth; you didn't need to speak Spanish to appreciate their incendiary smash, "Feugo." "Elegancia Tropical" favors a subtler approach. On "Bosque," singer Li Saumet swoons atop a hypnotic, underground club groove, her alluring vocals shimmering like tropical fish in a pool painted black.
