First Play: Benyoro, Benyoro

In Mali's Bemana language, Benyoro means, quite literally, a meeting place. It's a fitting name for a band that brings merengue, blues and traditional African musical forms from South Africa to Kenya and puts them all in one place to create a truly joyful noise.

Benyoro will be released July 8th on Rock Paper Scissors.
