On August 8, lo-fi blues maverick Willis Earl Beal will release his latest album, Experiments in Time. The follow-up to this year's A Place that Doesn't Exist EP is self-released by Beal, who recently parted ways with XL.

Beal describes the album in a press release: “The whole record is like one dream. I always wanted to put something together that was meditative and that could never interrupt your life. You can play it while you’re having dinner, and you won’t be bothered."
