Jony Iliev is a young Bulgarian Gypsy vocalist who leads a tasty 5-piece band.  Their sound blends traditional Bulgarian Roma ballads with jazz and pop touches.  Iliev's open throated singing style has flamenco touches and this superbly produced CD, all curling clarinet, rattling drums and pumping accordeon, suggests the band are line in you living room.  Very highly recommended.
