From Paris with Love is the latest release release from The Skatalites, the founders of Jamaican Ska music.  Without the musicians known as the Skatalites, there never would have been Raggae.  From jazz, calypso, and expecially rhythm and blues, they created a rhythm, a tempo, a felling and a sound that was an eintirely new type of music.  Now thirty years later, all the surviing musicians were recorded at the Devout Studios in Paris, and the CD has the spontaneity and enthusiasm that has always characterized their music.
