The title of this album arises from Victor "Ticklah" Axelrod's self-confessed tendency to constantly second-guess his musical choices. His agony is our gain on this brilliant collection of original dub, reggae, and Latin grooves, all of them rich with analog depth and warmth, all of them drenched in dubwise production values. And many of them featuring Victor Rice, the best bassist you've never heard of. Very highly recommended.
