Based in the Moroccan port city of its name — “just a stone’s throw from Gibraltar” — Orchestra of Tetouan draw on a centuries-old tradition of Andalusian classical music descended from Moorish Spain and the Islamic and Jewish populations that were driven to Northern Africa.
