You like a parade? You like a parade that rocks? This is your parade. Five drummers and seven horn players drive this act, which also features folks on stilts. But it's not simply a novelty. This Portland, Ore., band's music is funky, with electric bass and guitar pushing things along on the latest CD, "Magnificent Beast." Hear Latin music, second line, klezmer and a lot more. Take away the spectacle, and you're left with some very good music.
