7 LOCURA: This San Francisco band is generating some buzz and for good reason. Its mix of reggae, rock, funk, son and myriad other styles, wrapped around singer Katalina Miletich's sizzling delivery, is unique and instantly addictive. The band just released a CD, "Semilla Caminante," and will celebrate the new recording with a show April 27 night at the New Parish nightclub in Oakland.
