Created by Dutch drummer Lucas van Merwijk, Drums United is a journey through the wild world of percussion. It is comprised of players from nations such as Bangladesh, Senegal, Spain, Germany, Surinam and Venezuela. This exciting show mixes African, Latin, Spanish and Indian drum traditions with western drumming, and uses contemporary electronic sounds that are sure to get you moving in your seat! Touring since 2002, catch this percussion sensation on the stage of the Jack Singer Concert Hall in their first appearance in Calgary!
