Cinéma El Mundo is no great departure, but it does boast cello from Vincent Segal, singing from Robert Wyatt on the title track, a guest appearance from Tinariwen’s Ibrahim and a south-east Asian excursion, including wobbly erhu, on “Vientiane”.
