The World Premiere of Mississauga, Ontario, based South Asian World Music artist, Vandana Vishwas' sophomore album, 'Monologues' took place in a glittering ceremony at Sampradaya Dance creations auditorium in Mississauga, on January 20, 2013.

Dipika Damerla, the MPP for Cooksville East, ON, was the guest of honour for the evening and inaugurated the CD, followed by the maiden screening of the music video to one of the album's tracks, 'Raah Nihaaroon'.

Vandana Vishwas held a brief concert accompanied by Raya Bidaye, Jasvinder Hunjan and Vishwas Thoke, followed by a short video on the making of the album. The highlight of the evening, however, was Vandana's live rendering of 'Des Se Door' a unique track from the album that is over nine minutes long and features seven Raags with western instrumentation.

The evening ended with Co-producer Vishwas Thoke thanking the music and video teams, the video team and the volunteers.

Huma Khan was the master of ceremony for the evening. Other prominent personalities present were social activist, Raheel Raza, Mississauga Arts Councils's Linda Thomas, Vikas Kohli of Fatlabs and Bhavya Bharati and Harptreet Bhilku of Divya Jyoti Jagaran Sansthan.

As of today, the album is available for purchase online at CDBaby.com, iTunes, Amazon, HMV, Chapters and many other outlets throughout Canada. An Indian launch of the CD is scheduled to take place in Mumbai, India on 9 February 2013. It is beaing distributed in India by Worldwide Records.
