Emicida
Emicida's carreer started in freestyle battles (improvised rhymes). He released his first mixtape, “Pra Quem Já Mordeu um Cachorro por Comida Até que eu Cheguei Longe”, in 2009. Since then, travelled to two US tours - performing at Coachella Festival and recording the EP “Doozicabraba e a Revolução Silenciosa" with the producers K-Salaam and Beatnick, being nicknamed as “brazilian Jay-Z” by American critic. In 2012, went to Europe and was nominated for EMA (Europe MTV Awards) after. Now, prepares his first studio album, after two EP's and two mixtapes.
Rael
Ten years ago in São Paulo Rael began his history in Brazilian hip hop. In July 2010, released his first sole album: "MP3 - Música Popular do Terceiro Mundo", mixing genres like reggae and jazz to his rap with African pinches. Travelled three times on tours to Canada and also performed in France. In 2011, travelled with his frequent music partner Emicida to US to perform on Coachella Festival. And in 2012 recorded his new album, “Ainda Bem que Eu Segui as Batidas do Meu Coração”, with K-Salaam & Beatnick. In the same year, nominated on “Bet” category on VMB, brazilian MTV awards. The album was released on March 2013.
