SAVAE, the San Antonio Vocal Arts Ensemble, is a seven-voice choir that started intoning medieval hymns as sung in the Nahuatl language of the Aztecs. On their CD Ancient Echoes, they go back to the year one, singing music and playing instruments from the time of Jesus Christ.
