Ancient Echoes takes you back -- way back, to the time of Jesus and Jerusalem's second temple.  The San Antonio Vocal Arts Ensemble performs ancient music of the Holy Land in Hebrew, Aramaic, and Quranic Arabic, using wild-sounding instruments such as the kinnor, shabbabah, guimbri, and dumbek.  Songs include a chant from the Dead Sea Scrolls and four tunes based on the Beatitudes.
