Fatboy Slim will go anywhere for new beats. The British dance producer has been in Belize, sampling the Afro-Carib rhythms of Andy Palacio and the Garifuna Collective. Their sessions may show up on Slim's next CD, possibly under the pseudonym The Mighty Dub Katz. Meanwhile, Palacio is here to play SOB's on Thursday and to do an acoustic set with Malian star Habib Koite on Friday at Chelsea's G.R. N'Namdi Gallery.
