Symphony Space The link between creativity and mental health is the subject of a performance and discussion on Saturday at 8 p.m. featuring the singer-songwriter Susan McKeown and Kay Redfield Jamison, author of “Touched With Fire: Manic-Depressive Illness and the Artistic Temperament”; in her new recording, “Singing in the Dark,” Ms. McKeown incorporates the writings of noted poets who were given diagnoses of depression. Paul Holdengräber, director of LIVE From the NYPL, a talk and performance series sponsored by the New York Public Library, will be the moderator.
