Celebrate 'An Irish Christmas' Tuesday with Eileen Ivers

EASTON Recalling the roaring hearths and roars of laughter that are part and parcel of Christmas in Irish families, fiddler Eileen Ivers interweaves ages-old songs, beloved American carols and even a jigging Bach in "An Nollaig: An Irish Christmas."
Ivers and her ensemble have taken the festivities across the U.S. this December, with a final gala performance at Walt Disney Hall in Los Angeles. They appear Tuesday at the Avalon Theatre. 12/03/10 >> go there
