‘An Irish Christmas’ at Saint Anselm

MANCHESTER – The Dana Center at Saint Anselm College will present Irish-American fiddler Eileen Ivers and her band, Immigrant Soul, in “An Nollaig, An Irish Christmas” at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2.

Ivers, winner of nine All-Ireland fiddle championships and more than 30 championship medals on instruments such as fiddle and banjo, has created a fusion of modern and traditional musical styles. Her style is based in the Irish folk tradition, with elements gleaned from rock, blues and world music.
