KEXP, Album Review >>
This Colombian band’s third album is a seamless, consistently stellar blend of cumbia, champeta and other Afro-Colombian styles with hip hop, dancehall, funk and various electronic dance grooves, featuring an adventurous, groove-driven sound combining electric guitars, edgy synths, samples, electronic beats and Latin percussion with Liliana Saumet’s confident vocals, alternating between smooth, sultry singing and sharp, staccato rapping. 11/9/2012 -Don Yates 11/09/12 >> go there
